/Perfect recovery drink! Blend all ingredients with 400ml water, add some ice cubes if you need it more liquid or prefer a colder version.
30gr protein powder (soy or whey), 1 pear, 1 apple, 1 stick celery, 2-3 leaves of kale, 2-3gr spirulina, 1 tea spoon wheatgrass.
